Our BSL plan aims to improve the accessibility of our services and information to BSL users. It details the goals and specific actions that we aim to carry out and implement by 2024 to ensure there are no barriers to BSL users in accessing our information.
Since our first consultation last year, our plan has evolved and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed the environments in which we work and live. Therefore, we undertook a consultation, that closed on 10 December 2020, to get the views of BSL users on our plan. We value and are reviewing all feedback received which will help to inform our final BSL plan and we aim to publish early 2021.
