Today (13 September 2018) the major UK retailers have published* their latest campylobacter testing results, which shows that contamination in UK-produced chickens remains steady.

The results of a survey commissioned by Food Standards Scotland and Food Standards Agency to show the amount of antimicrobial resistant (AMR) bacteria in fresh pork mince, and fresh and frozen chicken have been published today.

The next Board meeting will be held at our Food Standards Scotland offices in Aberdeen: Pilgrim House, Old Ford Road, Aberdeen, AB11 5RL on 22nd August 2018. The meeting will begin at 10.30 am and run until approximately 14:30 pm.
